Shipping Information

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please review the following information for details on our shipping methods, processing times, and delivery estimates.

Order Processing: All orders are processed during standard business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates:
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. The following are estimated delivery times once your order has been shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (Must be placed before required cutoff time)

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been shipped, not when it is placed. Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier issues.

International Shipping: We currently ship to a select list of international destinations. Additional fees including customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You may use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Confirmation: If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within the expected processing time, please check your spam or junk mail folder before contacting customer service.

P.O. Boxes: Orders can be shipped to P.O. boxes via standard shipping. Expedited and express shipping methods require a physical street address.

Changing Your Shipping Address: Address changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact us immediately if you need to change your delivery address.

Multiple Shipments: Large orders may be shipped in multiple packages for your convenience. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
